Katie Vanorden de Assis is a business and professional coach, as well as a numerologist with many years of business and non-profit experience. Her passion is supporting clients in creating profitable businesses that leverage their strengths and align with their values. Katie also delivers workshops, seminars and trainings tailored to companies’ and business’ needs. With extensive coach training and many years of meditation and yoga study, Katie has a wonderful ability to connect with people, listen from the heart, and develop a program or plan of action that will help the client or business reach their goals.
Katie’s diverse background includes a degree in psychology, 15 years of international travel as a manager and project manager for a non-profit foundation, and several years as a private consultant managing projects, organizing, setting up customized systems for businesses and home offices. She started coaching in-house in 1995, and began coaching private clients in 2001.
As one of only 35 international members of Successful Professionals’ elite graduate network, Katie provides some of the best coaching programs and materials available in business development today. Katie is also a member of Co-op America, and helps clients who desire to develop socially responsible business practices. She herself maintains a percentage of her practice as pro bono work, and gives a portion of her profits to charity.

Business Diagnostic: $225.
The Business Diagnostic is a pre-requisite for enrolling in the Business Mastery Program, and may be recommended prior to Business Coaching. If you subsequently enroll in the Business Mastery Program, the cost of the Diagnostic will be credited towards your entry fee.
Business Coaching:
Fees are monthly and dependent upon the client’s needs. Business Diagnostic may count as first call, if client so chooses, and Diagnostic fee will be credited towards first month’s fee. Average length of coaching varies by client. Assuming a good fit, a minimum of 3-6 months is recommended for maximum value and lasting change.
Business Mastery Program:
This is a 12-18 month program that’s proven hugely successful, with average increases in profitability of 10-30%, and time spent at the office reduced by 5-10%. This program is not for everyone. The Business Diagnostic is required for anyone interested in the Business Mastery Program. Space is limited.
There is an entry fee (which includes materials), as well as a monthly fee.
