MERCURY RETROGRADE STARTS TODAY! It's here! Are you ready? Today is the first day of Mercury retrograde, or Red Communications in your Good Timing Guide. You may have already noticed its effects, as this time we have Mercury square Neptune, Jupiter and Chiron during the retrograde, which will last through May 30th. Mercury square Neptune is a challenging cycle in terms of miscommunications, particularly confusing communications or mysterious transportation breakdowns. They can also indicate misleading communications, and even deceit. This can include computer viruses, some of whch can be quite challenging. Be careful what you believe! Check in with your intuition to see what resonates as truth. If it doesn't resonate that way for you, don't believe it. Mercury square Jupiter is not likely to pay attention to the details and logistics. It's more interested in the "big picture" of what's going on and generally the details are left for someone else. That means you seriously need to stay on top of them in order to get things done correctly. Just because you've communicated your needs to someone doesn't mean they will do it correctly. Check everything before it goes out. This could be a notoriously tough period for a lot of mistakes getting out
Mercury square Chiron can bring up old wounds that need to be healed. Especially now, you may find yourself going back over something someone said to you, trying to grasp what was fully meant by it. The key is this: can you release any wounds associated with it, and instead start choosing to heal it? The sooner you can make this choice, the easier the period will be. Get the book Radical Forgiveness by Colin Tipping or use other release tools to do this work, such as Emotional Freedom and Healing Releases. In all Mercury retrogrades there are certain actions that make them easier to handle. Here's your list of DOs for this period through May 30th: 1. Choose to catch-up by leaving holes in your daily schedule. This will allow the crises that show up to have a place to land on your schedule, without you having to re-schedule your day. Do as much as you possibly can to catch up on your various projects and things which have waited a long time to get done. This is a primary purpose of this cycle. 2. Don't start new projects now. You're supposed to be catching up, not starting something new. Take some things off your plate first and then launch something in mid-June or later. 3. Make sure your computers are kept fully backed up. It's a pretty bad surprise if you get a virus and your computer crashes, especially during this one. 4. If your car makes any funny noises, get it checked right away, as it could break during Mercury retrograde. 5. Double check all your communications and make sure the details are correctly included. 6. Give yourself more time to get places. Delays are VERY common. Take a book to read with you. 7. Have a sense of humor! Hey, it's Mercury retrograde and mistakes or delays are going to happen. You may as well laugh about it and discover what the Universe wants you to learn. ________________________________________________TAKING CARE OF BUSINESS
This week, we're especially lucky to have some good energy that's very helpful for taking care of business. This is the cycle, Sun trine Saturn and it typically represents a very good manager. It also represents the ability to get things done in an effective and efficient way. However, Saturn is also retrograde at the moment (moving backwards from our perspective here on Earth), and with Mercury retrograde, there are bound to be some delays. So don't expect everything to go according to schedule and you'll be a lot less frustrated. This is an excellent cycle though for reviewing things with your manager, and effectively coming up with plans for implementing new projects. ____________________________________ NEXT RADIO
