Q4 Newsletter Now Available Online Invite Me to Speak to Your Group! ______________________________________________________________________ GETTING PULLED OFF-TRACK? Have you gotten pulled off-track this week by office politics or other non-productive and "crazy" events? This week is the peak of our Pluto square the Moon’s Nodes, an indication that political events and power plays are pulling us all off-track. Notice that this was the week we got the Pagegate and the HP charges. It can be argued that the timing of these events distract us from more important issues; and in doing so, they pull us off track. At the moment, the "track" is aimed toward developing holistic viewpoints, compassion and concern for the whole, learning to use our intuition, and being in the flow. We get off this track when we’re not open to other people’s beliefs, we get too focused on data and details, or we leave compassion behind. Stay focused on the overall impact of what’s happening and the effects it’s having on the group energy. Recognize when you’re off-track and work to get back on-track as soon as it’s feasible. If you’re caught in the middle of a political mess, ask your boss how he or she wants you to spend your time. Handling the political situation or taking care of your regular duties? This can be especially important if you’re in a company that’s downsizing.
