OUR STOCK MARKET GAINS: TEMPORARY! As I mentioned in my email update
yesterday and in the Q3 Newsletter, we're having an abundant
period now. Now what could you invest in that would be better than stocks? Do you have 20% of your portfolio in gold? Gold coins would be the top recommendation. A second recommendation would be gold ETFs (electronically traded funds) such as GLD or IAU (for those who can't hold gold coins for their retirement funds). If you don't yet have 20% of your portfolio in gold, I would do this first. There's also a Silver ETF which trades under SLD and an Oil ETF which trades under DBO. Those could be good investments too if you have enough gold already. This is important: If you are going to buy gold, you should really do it within the next month. Gold appears to have reached it's latest low already and it will likely start taking off in September, or possibly next month, for a major high next year. So if you want to get the maximum gain on your gold, make sure you get it soon. Gold could go to $1500 or $2000 next year, maybe higher. Will your stocks gain 50 - 100% in the next year? Probably not, but gold should do that. This is one strategy to recover your portfolio. The price of gold will depend on what happens this fall in the economy, and how badly the dollar deteriorates from government printing over the next few years. We still have major challenges ahead, particularly next year. Call your local coin shops and talk to the owners about what they can get for you. All you really want is STANDARD gold coins like US gold Eagles, gold Buffaloes, Canadian Maple Leafs, Kruggerands, etc. There are plenty of these standard coins available. There is no need to buy rare coins, or numismatic coins, or any coin valued on it's quality, mint, or rarity. You want standard coins or even small gold bars, which are basically sold by weight. Most coin shops deal in cash only, so ask about price and availability, and what type of payment is accepted. Online, you can find places that will accept an electronic wire transfer or occassionally a check or money order, but your check must clear before they will ship you the gold. Where do you keep gold coins? Just about anywhere you want. $30,000 of gold will fit in your hand. So it's small, and you can easily put it in a metal can in your pantry or food cupboard, an old paint can in the garage, under the seat cushions of your couch, or even out in plain sight, where most likely, no one will ever notice it. If you're really concerned, you can get a safe deposit box at the bank, but it's not really necessary. The main point is to SELL stocks this week, and get your gold very soon. Next week and the following week, when we get the Venus square Uranus followed by Venus opposite Pluto, we're likely to see the markets strart trending down again. So this is your chance to make hay while the sun shines! ___________________________________ AN ERROR IN THE GUIDE FOR AUGUST 6TH We've found another error in our Guide for August 6th. The Time-Out time is CORRECT, for both time zones. In the Pacific time zone, the Time-Out occurs at 5:21 PM until 6:54 PM. In the Eastern Time Zone, the Time-Out starts at 8:21 PM and ends at 9:54 PM. These times are correct in the Guide. But the top, red line for the Final Result Code shows that the Time-Out is nearly all day. The top line is NOT correct. This is a short Time-Out and the top line should be yellow until the actual Time-Out occurs. And by the way, this final result is yellow ONLY because of the lunar eclipse the day before. If it had not been for that, the result would have been Green. So if you're into taking a chance, you might be able to parlay that day into a very nice growth experience. We get the Moon conjunct Jupiter, Chiron and Neptune that day, so there are many possibilities for growth that could get started then. Eclipses are iffy though, so you can't really know the final result of it. My webmaster is working to correct this for the ONLINE Guide and the Today's Guide. If you have an Online Guide, wait until it's corrected and then reprint your August page. VERY sorry for the inconvenience! We really do have three sets of eyes checking it, but even with that, sometimes something slips past us. ___________________________________ OUR TELEPHONE PROBLEM!
