A FEW MORE NOTES ABOUT STAYING HEALTHY DURING THE PANDEMIC As I mentioned yesterday, we do have an astrological signature that could suggest a large flu epidemic, and these energies will be with us now through the end of December. This could suggest waves of flu during this period. However, I want to emphasize that we are ALL creating our own reality with our thoughts, feelings and energies. Whether you get sick with this or not will depend primarily on whether you're in fear of it or not, and what you're thinking and feeling on a daily basis. We're always attracting to us MORE of whatever we focus on, including any experience that we fear. It's a matter of where we place our attention. When we're in stress, our bodies' resistance is weakened. Studies of AIDS patients showed that their immune systems were 3000 times stronger when they felt joyful, positive, happy, appreciative, or grateful. That's because our DNA turns on our immune system switches when we're in those positive emotions. And it turns off our immune system switches whenever we're stressed, angry, frustrated, anxious or upset. Negative emotions switch off our immune system. This was proven with lab test results in the study. So again, stay focused on being healthy. Find ways to be in laughter fun and joy. Be grateful for the many blessings we all have, even in this economy. When you're in this state, you'll be healthy. Now regarding the fear, I have one suggestion. It's important to release all fear, so you don't unwittingly attract the flu. One way to do this is to "ground" yourself. You can do this easily by imagining that a cord, chain, or root is growing out of your tail bone and going all the way down to the center of the Earth. You can do this very quickly, in a matter of seconds. Once you're cord, chain or root reaches the center of the Earth, just imagine or feel that you attach that cord, chain or root with an anchor or roots around the center of the Earth. I like to think of this as the "heart of Mother Earth" and see my cord anchored in her heart. This will anchor your "grounding cord". When you do this often enough, you will start to feel a tug back from the center of Earth and you will know you're grounded. Once you've grounded yourself, (again you can do this in seconds) you can then use your intention to put your grounding cord in "release mode". Just say to yourself, "I'm now putting my grounding cord in release mode and I'm releasing anything that isn't me." Once you do this, you can release down the cord ANYTHING that isn't you. This includes all fears, especially any fears about the flu. You can also release any anxiety you're feeling about the economy, money, other people, your health, or anything. You can release any pain or discomfort in your body as well. You can even ground other parts of your body directly to the center of the Earth (using the same process described above only attached to that body part) and release pain or discomfort that way too. I have done this for several physical issues and saved myself thousands of dollars. If you have other people who have irritated you lately, release them too. There shouldn't be anyone else in your space, just you. Other people can just slide down your grounding cord and their energies will be transmuted by the Earth and returned to them, where they belong. No matter what you release down to the Earth, these energies will be transmuted to something a lot better. You will feel a lot better after you do this, and then you'll be able to focus your energies on something a lot more fun and joyful. Find ways to be in joyful service to others. You'll be healthy, no matter what others create. As I mentioned yesterday, these are the three best ways I know of to beat any flu, in case anyone you know gets it: a) Oscillococcinum: This is a highly effective, homeopathic remedy (pellets taken under the tongue and dissolved under the tongue without eating or drinking for at least 10 minutes before and after). Have this on hand and take it at the first sign of any symptoms. It can knock out the flu in hours and it works on all flus, not just the ones health officials know about at the moment. Keep this product on hand. It's sold in health food stores, and quite a few pharmacies now carry it too. b) MMS or Miracle Mineral Supplement: This product is known for killing all types of pathogens. It's even been found to kill the AIDS virus after a certain number of days taking it. This product could also handle any fliu, but it may take longer to cure than Oscillococcinum. Although once the flu is entrenched, this product is more effective at knocking it out then. Many health food stores carry this product or check online to see who has it near you. Google it. c) Colloidal Silver: This product can kill nearly anything in the way of bacteria, yeast, viruses. It's also found in health food stores. It's easy to use and highly effective. It's drawback is related to the fact that silver is a heavy metal. But on the other hand, it doesn't take much of this to do the job. It's a lot better than the flu. ________________________________________________
