My many thanks for your patience while I helped my father transition and got my mother's situation stabilized. 

At long last,  the completed Q2 2010 Good Timing Newsletter is attached. Below is some info about this week's Full Moon, which is very important. Also be sure to check out the section in the June Overview on June's unexpected money as soon as possible. We have a few good days coming up then in early to mid-June. In addition, be sure to read about the eclipses and especially the Solstice and June 26th energies. I also opted to save some of the articles intended for this newsletter for the Q3 Newsletter, which will come out next month, so you'll have it early. I added in a few others. I also added another cycle to the end of the May Overview, wihch is also below. .

OUR FULL MOON ON MAY 27TH: THE CHANGES BEGIN

This Thursday, May 27th is an unusual day. Not only is it the Full Moon, when everything comes to light and we can see what all our choices are, but it's also the day that Uranus enters into Aries. It hasn't done this since 1927, so this is a relatively rare event. And once it gets into Aries, Uranus sits at zero degrees for 2.5 months instead of the 19 days it was on that degree in 1927. This is important because it signals us that we're about to see very powerful and potent changes. Zero degrees Aries is the most powerful degree in the entire zodiac. Plus Uranus enters Aries under a Full Moon, when everything is seen. What a difference from the last time in 1927 when it entered under a dark Moon, and many major new technologies were suppressed or not seen by the public!

Uranus will square Pluto as soon as it enters Aries on May 27^th. That cycle is associated with revolutionary energies. For those of you who remember the mid-1960s, that was a similar set of revolutionary energies. This cycle is heating things up this year! We’ll have Uranus square Pluto with us now through early 2018, with a brief break later this year. Yes that’s a long cycle. Economic and social revolutions don’t usually happen overnight. This cycle will peak seven times (yes 7) beween 2012 and 2015, suggesting that real changes are afoot.  Or as  Swami  Beyondananda says, "There's good news and there's bad news. The bad news: civilization, as we know it, is about to end. The good news: civilization, as we know it, is about to end." It's all in your perspective! 

What's coming to light during this Full Moon are new technologies that could be ready soon, which will change the game. The planet Uranus, known for its unexpected nature, in combination with Aries suggests that new technologies, especially new energy technologies will soon be available. This could include the new devices coming out of Asia that allow you to generate your own electrical power, once you have one of these devices. These are due out sometime this year and at least one model can generate enough electricity to service an average home. Of course we may see anti-gravity or free  energy devices too.

However, this is unlikely to be greeted as good news by those in power, and thus we have the set-up for the next revolution (Uranus square Pluto). The rest of this Full Moon suggests that the confidence in the stock market is dissolving and stocks are on a long slide. Hey it’s OK, as long as you’re not in it or you know how to ride the slide down! This is going to happen a lot this summer, so just avoid that scenario if you're not a day trader.  The debt issue is still quite prominent and it will be for most of this year. Get some gold or silver instead of stocks, or get gold Electronically Traded Funds (ETFs) such as GLD or IAU. Gold still has a long way to go to reach its peak of over $2000 per ounce. Beginning with this Full Moon and throughout our summer, the Earth is in more danger of being hit by major coronal mass ejections (CMEs) from the Sun than it usually is. These CMEs could potentially shut down the power grids, our satellites or both. These CMEs can also trigger earthquakes, volcanoes, freaky weather, and other earth changes. So it's important to have extra supplies on hand this summer in case you cannot buy groceries or other supplies (medications, gasoline, first aid supplies, etc) due to unexpected emergencies. If you've been putting this off, now is the time to hop to it and get prepared. In fact we have a coronal mass ejection from the Sun headed our way right now. It's supposed to arrive on Wed night or Thursday morning, just in time to ring in the new energies of our Full Moon!

ARE YOU FEELING TIRED?

Beginning May 21^st, peaking on June 4^th and staying in range through June 12^th, we get a cycle that’s commonly associated with being tired, sick or scattering our energies (Mars opposite Neptune). Since immune systems are typically low with this cycle, it’s a good idea to support your immune system in as many ways as possible. Get extra sleep, eat better, and especially lay off of sugar. Take some immune stimulants if needed. Or help your adrenals by taking the herb Astragalus, which helps it recover. If we don’t do these things, we can find our physical energy can become depleted. Also this is a good time to work with meditation, or to become more focused on your spiritual life. Consider doing less for Memorial Day weekend, and tuning into your inner self more. 

This cycle is occurrnng as our other energies are intensifying. Don't underestimate the physical challenge of making the needed changes. It can be very tiring! Give yourself permission to do less during this period, so your body can catch up on the sleep it needs and get some extra support. 

Another good way to use this cycle is simply to follow your energy. Set up certain days where you will ONLY do whatever you want to do, nothing else. If you have family members that you care for, arrange for someone else to do that. Then choose to do anything for which you have a lot of energy. If the idea of doing something doesn't energize you, don't do it. And if nothing energizes you, just lay low: sleep, day dream, take a bath, listen to music, etc. If you will take good care of yourself during this period, your body will reward you with better health, and that means more prosperity for you!
