THE GLOBAL FINANCIAL SITUATION AND GOLD

 

If you’ve been reading these newsletters and email updates for any length of time, you know that I said the price of gold would go very high this year well over two years ago. Of course I’ve wondered what could drive up the price of gold so substantially. Now we know what will cause this.

 

You may not have realized the severe impact that the sub-prime mortgage mess will cause every financial institution on the planet, and impact you as well, whether you have a mortgage or not. The Federal Reserve is trying to rescue this situation by pouring billions of dollars at it. What this achieves though is that as they do this (put out billions more dollars with no backing and no more production behind them), the US dollar is devalued even further than it has been. Before this is over, the US dollar will be trashed to the point that someone will finally decide we have to have a different currency. (Even the chart of the Federal Reserve show this happening.)

 

Astrologically, we’re entering a perilous period with Venus retrograde opposing Neptune. Normally an aspect like this might last a week to ten days. But due to Venus being retrograde, slow and standing still to turn around opposite Neptune, we’ll have this cycle until Oct 4^th, nearly seven weeks altogether.

 

This cycle is related to money and relationships disappearing, or dissolving. It’s also related to being conned out of your money with deceit, and a high level of uncertainty about the value of the money you do have. Here’s what I’m seeing will go down with this cycle in our present situation:

 

1) Every financial institution in the world is likely to be impacted by this sub-prime mortgage mess. As this continues to unfold, even more demands will be made on the Fed to rescue the situation.

 

2) The Federal Reserve will continue to throw more BILLIONS of dollars at this situation, but this cannot help the underlying problem while it makes inflation much worse and the devalues the dollar to the point of it being nearly worthless.

 

3) As this becomes more apparent to investors, they will start selling off even more of their stocks and bonds to get out of the US dollar. Smart investors are already in, or moving into, other currencies and are out of US dollar investments.

 

4) As this process continues, more investors will start heading for gold, silver and other metals. It will be one of the last safe havens to store wealth, which cannot be negatively impacted by the current situation. As this occurs, the price of gold will climb quickly. And soon, instead of an ounce of gold being under $700 per ounce on the spot market, it will be $1000 or $1200 per ounce. If the situation continues to persist, the price of gold may go even higher.

 

I’ve mentioned this situation in many of my newsletters and email updates. We knew from statistical data that this would happen, but we didn’t know why. Now we know why, and I’m reminding you once again, the price of gold is going to go higher and soon. If you own gold, hang onto it. If you don’t,  get some gold coins, preferably standard coins like Gold Eagles, Buffaloes, or Maple Leafs, which are sold by weight and not by rarity, quality, etc. We should see some hefty movement by October and November, so get your gold now if you haven’t already.

 

5) At some point, probably sooner than later, we’ll get a new currency. We’ll have to get one as no one will want to hold US dollars after the Fed finishes trashing it. Having a lot of dollars won’t mean anything, as they won’t buy much.

 

Notice that we’re headed into the fall when we will have Mercury retrograde again in October, followed shortly thereafter by Mars retrograde. The latter is often associated with a downturn in the economy, though it’s happening at the holidays and maybe that will help keep the economy going. However, at the same time, in late December when the North Node enters the sign of Aquarius, we reach the bottom of the economy for one of the two major economic cycles. This will be followed by Pluto moving into Capricorn in January, a signal that businesses, governments and even capitalism are about to be transformed. It’s this confluence of unusual energies that convinces me the sub-prime mortgage mess and the fall out from it will be enormous.

 

Now what can YOU do about it? You’ll probably laugh when I give you this prescription, but beyond buying gold, the first thing to do is to get out of fear. Fear is what’s driving this mess into oblivion. You can create plenty of money or resources for yourself with your own energy. Your money is INSIDE of you, created by your own energy, thoughts and feelings. When you’re in fear, you’re pushing money away from you. When you feel safe and protected, you create that for yourself with your own energy. The second thing to do is really consider how you truly FEEL and think about money. Our society is fraught with many negative images of money being dirty or even filthy. It’s even associated with evil. But money is no more dirty or evil than someone who buys a car and uses it for transportation to work. The car can be used for manslaughter too, but it’s YOUR energy that makes that choice as to how it’s used. Money itself is neutral.

 

The best reason to notice what you’re feeling about money is that you are ALWAYS creating more of whatever you FEEL. If you feel money is dirty, evil, somehow negative, scary, or that you don’t deserve it, then you will unconsciously be telling the Universe not to send you enough money.

 

The sub-prime mortgage mess is the reason this week’s radio show is about prosperity and how to create that with just your own energy, timing, and environment. We’ll be giving 9 practical tips to create prosperity. CORRECTION FOR SEPTEMBER IN THE GUIDE

 

There’s a mistake in the 2007 Guide for September. Blue Communications starts on September 22^nd and continues through Sept 30^th, but is NOT shown. Blue Communications continues into October and those dates are correctly shown in the Guide. Blue Communications is a time to double check all details, as we are generating a lot more mistakes than normal during this period.

 

We’ve corrected our processes for how this error occurred, and we changed the ONLINE Guide to show Blue Communications Sept 22 – 30. If you have the Online Guide you can re-download the corrected September pages. However, if YOU have a PRINTED Guide, you will need to make a notation in your Guide about Blue Communications starting Sept 22nd.
