MAKING CHOICES FROM OUR HEARTS: THE PATH TO OUR REVOLUTION "You may not think you're selling out, but you're buying in." James Luther Dickinson On Monday June 21st, the doorway to a tumultuous period opened for this summer and the following seven years of change. Yesterday's Summer Solstice had five planets involved in twelve challenging cycles. That's followed by Saturday's June 26th Lunar Eclipse, which has seven planets involved in twenty challenging cycles. In late July we'll have six planets involved in fifteen challenging cycles. We haven't seen these type of energies since 1931, when we were at the bottom of the Great Depression. Now don't panic. We don't have to have another one unless we go into fear and focus on that. What's more important though, are the revolutionary energies afoot and the major changes we need to make. This summer is more intense than the period we had in 1931, because more changes can occur faster now than they did back then. In late July the period also becomes more volatile than it was back then. When that period arrives we can either choose to have breakthroughs or wars. It's likely you're already witnessing people at the end of their ropes. With all these challenges at our doorstep, what's a person to do?This summer is a time when we're being called to make our choices with our hearts instead of our heads. Why is that? Because we'll need a lot of courage to get through this period, instead of turning tail and running. It's only when we make choices from our hearts that we have access to the courage we need to make right actions. You will need this because many old structures are broken and the old rules and regulations are not working. These old structures and regulations are not fixable within the existing system. A whole new structure is needed and generally this is considered to be heresy. Nevertheless, this is what's needed and you will need courage to do so. This is a similar type of situation that our Founding Fathers faced when they made their choice to prepare and sign the Declaration of Independence. They did not make that choice with their heads. There would never have been a United States if they had. It took a great deal of courage for them to sign on the dotted line, since they knew they were commiting treason, not just heresy. Back then men were the subjects of kings. Declaring all men to be equal set up a new power structure, one that wasn't popular with the "powers-that-be" back then. But what kind of world would we have, if they had not done so? This summer, we may all be asked to participate in local revolutions at work, in our communities, in the organizations to which we belong, and even in our homes. This is your chance to embrace change and create new power structures. You will be asked to take risks, to follow your heart, instead of outdated rules, regulations and structures. You may even be asked to do something "illegal" in order to take a right action. Probably you will not feel safe, but let me assure you, that’s it’s MUCH SAFER to be part of the change than to resist it. Trust the Universe to move you to a better place, even though it may seem tumultuous. How will you know what the right action is? You will feel it in your heart. There are times when the Laws of the Universe are more important than the laws of man. You may be called upon to challenge those who have misused or even abused their power. In doing so, you'll be asked to take back your own power. Lastly, as we enter into this intense summer of changes, let’s remember that the most powerful energy in the Universe comes from our hearts. It’s love. At the time of the Cardinal Climax peak in late July, the Sun is in Leo (the sign of the heart and love) trine the Moon, Uranus and Jupiter. This reminds us that there’s help available to us when we’re in our hearts.
