WELCOME TO THE NEW GAME! We're finally here, to the day that Saturn arrives back in the sign of Libra, only to be ambushed by Pluto, Uranus and Jupiter! Basically, this is like Batman going around a street corner and encountering three thugs. One of these thugs is very powerful. One plans on fighting with technology and radical measures. And the other one is just fearless. What do you think will happen next? I guarantee you that Batman will not wish them a nice day! We're now to the point of action, and that's exactly what Batman is going to do - take action! He's not waiting for back-up. He's not going to have a committee meeting. He's not going to sit on the fence and think about it for awhile. He's going to fight those thugs right away. And this is precisely what we're being asked to do: take action!Now just what makes us think that Batman will beat those three thugs? Aside from having the writers on his side, he's better equipped, better trained, and better prepared. He's also very highly regarded, even by the thugs. They know he's a formidable opponent. This is Saturn's situation in a nutshell. Saturn represents our structures, processes, all organizations, including all businesses and governments. In this particular situation, Saturn also represents very balanced, highly-regarded managers, who intend to rebalance intolerable, misuse-of-power issues. And he's ready to take action right away. Saturn will remain in the sign of Libra, working to rebalance things until October 5, 2012. The first thug that Saturn meets is Uranus. These two guys have been opposing each other on and off since Election Day 2008. Monday, July 26th will be the last of five times they've done this. But the rules of engagement have changed. They're no longer in the signs of Virgo and Pisces, like they were for the last four times. They're not interested in talking about change, investigating change, or considering change. No, time's up! They're now at zero degrees Aries and Libra, the most powerful degrees of the zodiac. They're both impatient to take actions that will break up intolerable conditions, especially ones that are needed to rebalance the misuse of power (Saturn opposite Uranus and Jupiter, all square to Pluto). Uranus represents sudden and unexpected changes. When Saturn opposes Uranus in this major challenge, we get earthquake type changes, that occur without warning. This can include political, economic, social, and personal "earthquakes" as well as all types of earth changes. Earthquakes, volcanoes, hurricanes, tornadoes, tsunamis, major fires, explosions, etc are all possible. So are new technologies that change the game. Our first New Game got started on March 7, 2008. That's when the New Game demanded that we create a sustainable economy which nurtures and supports ourselves and the Earth. Just 6 days later Bear Stearns collapsed and we started down this path. So now we've come to phase 2 of this New Game. This phase, which officially begins on July 26th (but which should be noticeable even on July 21st) is that our power structures must now support the development of that sustainable and nurturing economy. Basically this means that the power structures that don't support that goal are now due for major transformation. Who's going to win this New Game? Will it be the existing power structures, which are generally corrupt, and which have used corrupt methods to maintain that power? Oddly enough, it doesn't look that way astrologically. I know it seems hard to imagine, but Saturn in Libra is stronger than Pluto in Capricorn, and in this case, Saturn will win. This is a very unusual situation astrologically. It suggests that those balanced and fair managers, who, like Batman, are better equipped and better prepared, will rein in those powerful bullies. What's your job in all of this? To take actions, at whatever level you can, to support the needed changes. That includes in your own life, at work or school, in your community, your state, your country, and for the world. There's no more fence-sitting time. From here on through the rest of this summer, we're in the mode of action, action, action! You know what needs changing in your own life and in the world. Now is the time to change it before the Universe hits you over the head with a two-by-four.
