I’m finally back from taking care of the death in my family. Since I was unable to handle emails while I was away for three weeks, my mail box overloaded and began rejecting emails. I’ve cleared my email box now, but have a few thousand emails to plow through. So you CAN email me now, but since I have so many to get through, PLEASE call me if you need my attention. HOLIDAY SCHEDULE

EXPLOSIVE ENERGIES!

 

If you haven’t yet noticed these energies you will! These energies are so strong that suppressing them can be dangerous (Mars square Uranus). This energy has been in range since December 12^th and it peaks this week on December 21 (the Solstice!), suggesting the next quarter (until March 20, 2007) will embody this energy strongly. This cycle will be in range through December 31^st.

 

GET PLENTY OF EXERCISE – ANY TYPE YOU WANT. This will help prevent explosions and anger and give you a good way to channel this excess electrical energy in your body. Avoid suppressing this energy, as it can create heart attacks or strokes. It’s better to let the energy out.

 

The energies of this cycle can be explosive, and violent, as well as unpredictable.  It’s frequently associated with anger and people blowing up. Of course this isn’t the ideal time for that to happen, with the holidays. However, the pressure of the holidays can be very stressful. Don’t push people this holiday season. They might surprise you by unexpectedly exploding!

 

This energy is ideal for making major breakthroughs, especially emotional or physical breakthroughs. This may not seem like the “ideal” time for a breakthrough, but this is the time of year many people are thrown together with people they would just as soon not know.

 

This holiday season choose a new story about the family member or co-worker  that gives you the most trouble. That person doesn’t need to know what the new story is. It can be something simple like, “Uncle Joe respects my point of view now.” Or “Mom respects my decisions and supports my life direction and purpose.” Or “My boss has a new, supportive view of me.” Repeat this new story several times per day, plus whenever you think about that person or encounter them. When you change your story about the person, it gives them energetic permission to change their behavior toward you. They will sense this and the change occurs.

 

You can also use this tool to make a personal breakthrough by changing your story about anything that is challenging you. For example, if you want to stop feeling frustrated or blowing your top, you could change your story to, “I easily handle my frustration and anger by choosing patience and a reason to laugh at the situation.” Repeat this (or whatever new story you choose) several times per day and any time you encounter the issue you want to change.

 

This cycle typically generates excess electrical energy, high winds, and excess water. It could also be associated with large fires, but the high water or precipitation energy should help calm that potential down. Watch out for unexpected bad weather. We already had a taste of this in our neck of the woods (WA State) on Dec 14^th, as this energy was building.
