CONFUSED LEADERS?
This week we have a cycle that can lead to plenty of confusion with leadership. This cycle, (Sun square Jupiter, Chiron, and Neptune) came into range on May 9th, peaks on May 15- 16th, and stays in range through May 20th. This is occurring at the same time that Mercury retrograde is also square to Jupiter , Neptune and Chiron. All these cycles ogether can show up as some pretty strange and confusing leadership tactics. Leaders may make sudden and unexpected changes for what could appear to be unrealistic criteria, unclear reasons, or a vision that others may not support or understand clearly. This doesn't just occur at the higher political levels. This can occur at all levels of companies and organizations, and even in your own family. Another situation to watch for with this is a leader attempting to focus on his or her vision, but being derailed by lies, political sabotage and deceit. Again, this can occur to any leader, not just our political leaders. What's going on at the energetic level is that the leader is encountering a lack of clarity regarding their vision or the direction they're headed. This is actually the ideal time to stop and rethink it, do some more research, and then proceed. I know it feels like another delay and it is. But it's hard to move forward when you don't know where you're going. If you're the leader for your group, it's better to stop yourself and regroup than to have others sabotage your efforts so you're stopped. Also notice when a leader appears to be overconfident during this period. This is very likely now and it's usually a red flag that he or she is not paying attention to the details or the logistics of the situation. This is one of the ways in which we can get led astray by our leaders now. If they're not paying attention to the details, important issues may be completely overlooked, creating great amounts of confusion. The Chinese have a saying, "The fish stinks from the head." Basically this means that the leader is the one who sets the tone for what's happening in any organization, be it a family or a major corporation. No matter what signals the leader is sending out, it's getting amplified down the line. Even slight confusion on the part of the leader becomes greatly amplified as it's passed downstream. If you're the leader of your group, now is a good time to take a few steps back, until you gain some clarity. Wait until you feel completely clear before you move forward with your projects. ________________________________________________
FINANCIAL UPDATE A lot has happened since I last wrote about the financial situation. Here's what I want you to notice and remember as we're headed into the summer. 1. The Chinese have started asking for a new world currency, basically a basket of other currencies, including gold. We're being told this will take many years to accomplish. Don't believe it. Changes can occur very rapidly now and they don't have years to fix this mess. Considering the astrological cycles, I would be VERY surprised if we didn't see a major change in this direction between July and November of this year. Once this happens, our US dollar will lose value around the rest of the world. Even OPEC may have to stop selling their oil for US dollars and switch to whatever the new world currency becomes. That will be a major drop in the demand for the US dollar. 2. The banks are lying about their financial situation. The accounting rules changed, so the banks don't have to report their loans marked down to market value any more. However, just because they allowed the banks to do this, doesn't mean the bank loans have any more value than they did before this accounting rule change. Nothing could be further from the truth. It's just a bunch of smoke and mirrors. Don't get fooled by this hocus pocus. A worthless loan is still a worthless loan, no matter how the accounting rules have changed. 3. The stock market has been going up, partly because the banking situation is not as bad as expected. How good can it be when the banks need another $600 billion to be solvent?? Yes, I understand that it's not as bad as the banks needing trillions of dollars. But be careful what you believe. Remember the banks are now reporting their financial statements using different rules. The same worthless loans are valued at a higher value now, even though they're not worth a penny more. Does this tell you anything about how much more money the banks are likely to need?? The $600 billion is probably a drop in the bucket of what is really needed by the banks to become solvent again. We're just not being told the truth now. And most likely no one even knows the whole truth of this situation. If you've been thinking about getting out of the stock market, do it while it's still above 8000. 4. Have you noticed the price of gasoline going up? In my area, gasoline prices have already gone up by 25% this year, mostly in the last 6 weeks. This is the beginning of the inflation that will most likely become stagflation. Gasoline costs get added to every product that's shipped, including all food, medicine, clothing etc. If your investments aren't going up by 20% - 25% per year, then they're probably losing money this year. Be sure you own some gold, either in a portfolio via GLD or IAU, or by buying gold coins from a local coin dealer (gold Eagles, Buffaloes, Maple Leafs, Kruggerands, etc - standard coins only). This will help protect your money from inflation, since gold will continue to go up as the US dollar declines and stagflation sets in. 5. What do you think is going to happen to car sales as we hit higher gasoline prices and stagflation? GM will likely follow Chrysler into bankruptcy, leaving only Ford left of the "big three". As GM and Chrysler reorganize, this is going to create an even more challenging situation for the many people impacted by that. That in turn will feed the stagflation situation. However, I was reminded recently that back during WWII, President Roosevelt told the car companies they were not allowed to make any cars. Within 6 months they were all retooled to manufacture tanks, planes, etc. So even though these companies may go through a very tough period, they might reorganize themselves fairly quickly into competitive companies once again.6. This summer has three eclipses (two in July and one in early August) which have VERY strong impacts on the US government and the Federal Reserve. This series of eclipses is about sudden failures of a major system, method or process, which requires a NEW RESPONSE. If a new reponse to the situation is not forthcoming, then a tragic or violent crisis can result, in order to remove the blockage. I guarantee you that we have not seen the full banking crisis yet. Don't get lulled into complacency at this point. We still have major changes ahead of us (for the better I hope!) that are much needed. In order to get out of this mess, we must change the energy of the financial industry and it hasn't changed yet. 6. If you or your company chart are being impacted by this summer's eclipses, then you could be susceptible to whatever occurs with the US government or the Fed. Although the US government has not defaulted on its Treasury bonds since some time in the 1800s, it might be prudent to have less than 10% of your portfolio as Treasury bonds, if your chart is impacted by this series of eclipses.
