Hello Everyone!

Sorry to be slow with this reminder. As of yesterday, Monday Oct 9^th, we’re now in Blue Communications. This means you cannot outrun the proverbial Mercury retrograde or Red Communications. Instead make life easier by double-checking all the details now. There’s always a time when you can catch mistakes before they get out the door. This is it. If you use this period wisely, (Oct 9-27), you’ll be ahead of the game when Mercury goes retrograde Oct 28^th through Nov 17^th. .

Mercury is at the beginning of the area where everything will get re-examined. It goes through this area now, then it turns around and goes back over it again, and then it goes forward and moves over this same area a third time. In all, Mercury will retrace this same area three times. Does this sound like a familiar pattern at work? How many times have you rehashed an issue over and over? Usually when this happens you’re in the Blue and Red Communications periods.

This all means that it’s important to re-examine the details of whatever you’re doing and especially whatever is pulling you off-track now. (Remember we’re all getting pulled off-track by political or power issues of some sort.) It’s important to get to the underlying motivation for what’s really going on before deciding on a course of action. Research now, especially via the internet and other technologies, can lead you to much needed insights. But in all of this, it’s vital to double-check your information, understanding, and communications. Details make the difference now between success and failure.

You might recall from last week’s update that we’re all getting pulled off-track now by political or power issues. Partly this is related to the election, but it’s also occurring within many companies and organizations. It’s important to identify that you’re off-track and determine how you can get back on-track the quickest.

One set of energies that is very helpful to this process is the ability to easily transform old structures and processes that are no longer functioning well. Good leadership now will take this path, getting everyone to focus on how the process can be transformed to be much more efficient and meet everyone’s needs better.

The energy is there to make the transformation, and with the upcoming Mercury retrograde (Red Communications) this is the perfect time to rethink these old processes and structures. What purpose do they serve? Who is helped and hindered by them? Get rid of whatever creates hindrances of any sort. Find a process or structure that’s appropriate for our much quicker pace and supports all the areas it touches. Stop controlling and start supporting your work force to get the maximum effort from them.
