Shawn Lock has been developing, managing, and facilitating training and learning programs since 1983. He has worked with individuals, groups, and businesses spanning a range of topics including high-level team performance, accelerated learning, and personal development. He has utilized his skills in such diverse settings as the US Peace Corps, higher education, non-profit organizations, and Fortune 500 corporations.
After years of working with individuals and groups to develop new skills and behaviors, Shawn became disillusioned with the results of traditional training models. He has turned his own passion for learning into a lifelong pursuit of new learning technologies that get results fast. He now combines accelerated learning principles with the power of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). NLP provides both a process and a set of tools to help uncover and share the structure of excellence that each person and group can achieve now.
As a consultant and coach, Shawn devotes his time to individuals and teams who want to enhance their performance, learning, and creativity strategies and results. Shawn believes that successful individuals and teams achieve results while responding flexibly to a changing business environment.

Services and Fees
Individual Coaching - You can use coaching for personal and professional development to identify and eliminate the blocks to your highest performance, create a plan to meet your professional development goals, develop your ability to organize and express your ideas in any situation or format, and discover and align your values to support your professional and personal goals. Meet in person or on the phone based on your preferences. Fees: $150 per hour, 3 month minimum with first session lasting 2 hours.
Individual Consultations - If you have an issue that you wish to discuss to develop new ways of responding and create a range of alternative responses, we can meet for a one-time consultation. In an individual consultation you learn new skills that you can use long after the session. Fee: $75 per half hour.
Group and Team Coaching - Do you have a group of colleagues that share a similar desire to grow and learn? Does your team want to move towards new levels of creativity and productivity in the workplace? If so, create your own success group. Each person focuses on their individual passion while discovering empowering tools as a group. Your group can continue to support each other long after the initial sessions. Based on the goals of each group member and the group as a whole, we will customize a series of sessions to get you on your way to the top of your dreams. Fees: Based on the size of the group and the group’s goals. Call for a consultation.
BreakThrough Session - A BreakThrough session is an intensive format of 6-8 hours over two days. During this time you select one area you want to break through to new levels of performance. Release limiting decisions, negative emotions, and the past that holds you back. Learn critical skills to keep yourself on target to your goals. Learn how to turn each situation into new learnings that help you succeed. Includes BreakThrough handbook and 2 follow-up phone sessions of one half-hour each. Fees: $750.
Meeting Facilitation - Internal meetings and meetings with customers and partners play a vital role in getting business done. So it is important to make sure those meetings get results. Utilize an experienced meeting facilitator so that you can focus on being part of the process without any distractions. You can use a meeting facilitator to plan and prepare for meetings, learn essential techniques to keep meetings on track,, conduct lively meetings that get tangible results and action. Fee: $2000 per day.
Customized Training Development - Do you want to develop a program for your employees or your customers? Do you want to take existing materials and revise them based on the newest information on learning and performance? Take advantage of consulting services to support your internal learning efforts, including: instructional design consulting, train-the-presenter programs to help your organization present its learning programs, message, products and services in a way that supports others learning and communication styles. Fee: Based on each project. Call for a consultation.
Pre-Existing Learning Programs - You can choose from a range of programs that develop flexible thinking and creativity skills and accelerate the learning process, including the PhotoReading® whole mind reading system, to help you keep up with today’s information flow; enhance personal communication skills to maximize interactions within your business and with your customers; and, certification programs in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Hypnosis at the Practitioner and Master Practitioner levels to create a learning organization that thrives. Fee: $2000 per day plus educational materials except for certification programs. For certifications programs, call for a consultation.
Existing programs can be combined and modified to fit your desired outcomes.
Services can be provided by phone, in person, or in writing. Fees subject to change without notice. Travel expenses in addition to fees. Cancellation or rescheduling requires a 24 hour notice or a fee of 20% of the appointment fee will be charged. If an appointment is cancelled after the preparation has been done, then preparation time will still be charged at the rate of 50% of the service fee.
