Max Wellspring is a professional certified life and career solutions coach who offers spiritual principles and tools as the foundation of her practice. Combining years of corporate experience with spiritual training, her coaching skills focus on how to work through obstacles to co-create with clients the honest solution whether it involves a life issue, a career move or a business decision. She teaches ongoing classes on various topics regarding personal growth and emotional release. Her vision as a coach is to inspire people to live the life they want consciously, effortlessly, and joyously.

As a business woman, Ms. Wellspring has managed a New Age Bookstore and then worked as an office manager in a law firm for seven years. In 1997, she launched her own entreprenurial businesses of coaching and managing small home based businesses. In addition, she worked for two years as a coach and as an administrator for The Foundation for Spiritual Democracy, a non-profit agency based in San Francisco. This Foundation is dedicated to an international vision of women, men, youth and children collaborating to have a cross-cultural voice for peace in the world and creating models for socially responsible organizations.

Certified Emotional, Freedom and Healing (EF&H)© facilitator. EF&H is a powerful guided technique for emotional release. Ms. Wellspring has contributed to the creation of and is a participant in a new Master Certification level of EF&H facilitation that will be completed at the end of 2002.

Currently participating in a five year program of teacher training taught by Leslie Temple Thurston, author and inter-national teacher of spiritual awakening.

Services and Fees

Business Group Coaching involves conscious collaborative creation of business vision, goals, agreements, and strategies. Tools are provided that insure accountability, uncover limiting beliefs, release emotional blocks and facilitate conflict resolution. An understanding of group dynamics and energy management is an essential component of this valuable service. Fee: Quote provided based on your group's size and needs.

Personal and Individual Coaching is a service that offers one-on-one support and co-creation with a client to move through issues where a client finds themselves stuck. This could be a personal and/or a business issue. An excellent tool for inspiration and guidance to keep the momentum going, to stay on track and to attain goals. Fees: $250 per month for two 50 minute sessions, $375 per month for three 50 minute sessions, $475 per month for four 50 minute sessions.

Quick Phone Coaching: Ongoing support for quick business or personal questions to help with an unfolding process. Fee: 15 minute minimum at $2 a minute

Email Support: Another option for support for quick answers to business and personal queries. This service is included in fees for Business Group Coaching or Individual Coaching.

Energy Activations and Emotional Releases are experiential support through guided processes to clarify intentions, envision objectives, face challenges and realize goals. Energy activations are guided visualizations that empower manifestation of creative vision, prosperity, and resources. Emotional Freedom & Healing (EF&H)©, The Tapas Acupressure Technique (TAT), and The Sedona Method are just some of the techniques offered that facilitate the release of fears and adverse emotions. In essence, these techniques bypass the programmed mind and access the body's intelligence effecting release at deep levels. To the extent that problematic emotions are released the effects are permanent. All are powerful tools for activating full business and personal potential. Fee: 1 hour minimum at $125.

Business Prosperity Classes teach powerful attraction principles to easily create a thriving and prosperous business. Learn how conscious creation of a harmonious work environment, good employees, great customers, abundant sales and ideas for continued growth can become an effortless flow. The processes are practical, simple and fun.
