Subject: Good Timing Update: All Day Time-Out

Hi Folks,

Just a reminder that today (Wed Jan 3rd) has an all day Time-Out so don't take important actions, make important decisions or purchases today.

The news says that a major lawsuit against Microsoft will be filed today for discrimination charges. Expect this suit to go nowhere, since it's being filed during a Time Out. Maybe Microsoft will settle it quietly, but my guess is, the plaintiffs won't get much, if anything. It's likely to be dropped or dismissed by the judge. If it makes it to trial, it will cost a lot and the reward, if any, won't cover the plaintiffs' costs. In certain circumstances, the plaintiffs could get lucky, but the odds are against them.

Also just a note about the stock markets. Just as many people were expecting the brightest times ahead, we've run into an energy crisis on top of the largest debt crisis ever in the U.S., on top of the dollar's decline. Together these things could unravel the stock market even more (possibly even severely), especially if the Europeans decide to reinvest their money elsewhere. The economy is transforming and this is usually an unstable time.

However, regardless of what happens with the stock market, let's keep in mind that we live in an abundant Universe. We might not feel this way when PG& E is borrowing over $1 Million per hour for electricity! (They should be glad they can still borrow!) Yet, there is more than enough of everything for everyone. If we approach each day with gratitude for the many blessings we have, we will continue to generate more of them. If instead we focus on what we don't have, we'll continue to have less and less. It's our choice.

If you made money in the stock market, but would have made more if you had sold it a year ago, just focus on being grateful for what you do have. If your stocks are dropping like crazy, cut your losses, move onto something better and be grateful that you even had enough money to have an investment. Millions of people worldwide do not, and never even hope to, have enough money to invest.

Also remember that in ANY economy (even during the depression) there are always some people who make their fortunes. It's a matter of us attracting whatever we focus on (lack or abundance). So monitor your thoughts closely and be grateful often each day. Be flexible in your investments now, since things change quickly. With gratitude, you can find a way to be successful and abundant in spite of a down economy, especially since you know about good timing too!

Happy New Millennium!
