TAKE CARE OF YOURSELVES! Are you feeling like you're getting
fatigued or that your immune system is getting low? If so, you're
not the only one who feels this way. Mars is now in range of a conjunction to
both Chiron and Neptune. The
bad news with this cycle is you may find yourself tired and
your immune system running low. If so, take care of this right away,
because with these cycles it can be easy to get sick. Let’s
keep ourselves healthy by focusing on getting enough rest, and
taking some immune system helpers. Get those exhausted adrenals
replenished. I find the Chinese herb Astragalus, which is available
in capsules at health food stores, is quite good at restoring my
immune system and adrenals. However, if you need a quick fix to ward
off a cold, consider New Chapter’s Immunity Take Care. That’s very
fast and effective. There are lots of immune system enhancers out
there now, so check with your health food store or your naturopath
for help with this. Now what can you do with these energies that would be more positive than getting sick? Well first of all, Mars conjunct Chiron is giving us the incentive to heal old wounds. This cycle is in range now, peaks on March 5th and stays in range through March 14th. Sometimes we even get rewounded in the same place, just to remind us that something still needs to heal. This is happening in the sign of Aquarius, so we have NEW TOOLS to heal old wounds. to find time for being alone each day when you can do this. If you
don’t meditate, take a walk by yourself, and leave your cell phone
at home. Or journal what’s popping up in your head. Or just
listen to that small voice in your head that keeps whispering
to you. You’d be amazed how many ways your guides
are trying to reach you. This is a great time to listen and
take INSPIRED actions based on what you hear, particularly after
healing our old wounds. This cycle peaks on March 8th
and stays in range through March 14th.
