HOLIDAY DANGERS I'm sure this isn't surprising news, since all holidays carry a higher risk of accidents. But this Fourth of July period, from July 1st through 5th especially is particularly high-risk for accidents and even fatal accidents. From June 28th - July 4th and peaking on July 1st, we have a cycle (Mercury square Uranus) that can indicate hazardous driving conditions. This is because the other driver, or you, may suddenly make an unexpected move and cause an accident. Or perhaps there’s construction and the road isn’t as good as usual. Something you’re not anticipating can cause an accident. This is serious, because this energy is strong in time for the 4th of July holidays. Take extra precautions. Make sure you’re very alert if you drive during this holiday weekend. Know where all the cars around you are so you can make very fast decisions in case something unexpected occurs. Keep your hands on the wheel at the 10:00 and 2:00 positions, so you have maximum control quickly, in case you need it. Carry your cell phone with you, but don't drive while talking. Cell phone usage can impact the brain as badly as alcohol does. When it comes to driving, the statistics are even worse for cell phone usage than for alcohol. Take food and water with you in the car in case you get delayed by accidents. Most of all, see yourself being very safe and alert when driving during the 4th of July weekend. _____________________________________________________ ECLIPSE REMINDER! July 7th This is a reminder about the series of three summer eclipses we have beginning June 7th. The primary meaning for all three of the eclipses relates to a sudden need to reform old ideas or methods, due to unexpected failures of existing systems or processes. New methods and ideas are REQUIRED to deal with these events. Not doing so can be viewed by the Universe as a blockage, and it could remove it tragically or violently. Let's make sure we avoid consequences like that and focus on making the new changes. The secondary meaning of the July 7th eclipse is related to reviving your physical body or developing sexual energy or satisfaction. If you've been neglecting your physical well being, now is the time to regenerate and appreciate your body. Enjoy being in it! This is the time to choose to start a new physical exercise program: yoga, walking, hiking, tai chi, qigong, martial arts, jogging, toning, tantra, etc. Choose your preferred method and hop to it. When this energy is used negatively, it can result in relationships based solely on sexual attraction. Hey, if that's the worst, how bad can it be? Of course NOT doing something for your physical body could result in a very negative situation (accidents, illness, etc). So if your chart is impacted by this eclipse be sure you make a positive choice to do something new to reconnect with it and make it feel better. How can you know if your chart is impacted by this eclipse? It's occurring at 15 degrees Capricorn 24 minutes and that means the following. If you have a planet or personal point in your chart between 12-18 degrees of either Cancer or Capricorn, you are being impacted by this chart. Congratulations! You're in good company. Even President Obama is impacted by this one (since the Sun of the US chart is impacted) and so is the Federal Reserve.
